The partially renovated old house gave us a unique and charming atmosphere. the kitchen had some nice touches and the bedroom was clean with a warm and comfortable bed. the decorations throughout the cottage were tasteful and the availability of USB ports and accessible plug points was a convenient feature. the location was lovely, with peaceful surroundings and a picturesque area. Plus, the nearby canal provided enjoyable walks along the towpath with our dog. the neighbors were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Fountain View Cottage. The location was stunning and the cottage itself was beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed taking walks along the nearby canal with my dog, as it provided a lovely setting for some quality outdoor time. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, which added to the welcoming atmosphere of the area. Furthermore, I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the thoughtful inclusion of various items for my convenience, such as candles, tea, sugar.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as intermittent hot water and a weak internet signal that didn't reach the kitchen, these did not significantly detract from my overall experience. Despite these small issues, I found the cottage to be comfortable and cozy throughout my stay.

I always return to this wonderful place. The staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, off-site car park, cycling, golf course. And it's pet friendly! Can't wait to come back for Christmas.
